Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the MystarX mobile application (the "App") and related services. By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. The Service

MystarX provides astrology-related content, including daily horoscopes, natal chart calculations, compatibility readings, tarot-style card draws, and an astrologer chat. Astrological calculations are based on the Swiss Ephemeris and NASA JPL planetary data.

2. For Entertainment Purposes

All content provided by the App – including horoscopes, readings, forecasts, and chat responses – is for entertainment and informational purposes only. It does not constitute medical, legal, financial, psychological, or other professional advice. Do not make important life decisions based solely on the App's content. Always consult a qualified professional for such matters.

3. Eligibility and Accounts

• You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) to use the App.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
• You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.
• You may delete your account at any time in the App (Profile → Settings → Delete Account).

4. Subscriptions and Payments

• The App offers optional auto-renewing subscriptions that unlock premium features.
• Payment is charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device's store settings (App Store: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions; Google Play: Menu → Subscriptions).
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their respective policies. Deleting the App does not cancel your subscription.
• Prices may vary by region and are subject to change; you will be notified of price changes as required by the applicable store.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose;
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the App;
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's servers or networks;
• Use automated systems to access the App or scrape its content;
• Submit other people's personal data without their permission;
• Abuse, harass, or attempt to misuse the astrologer chat to produce harmful content.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, mascot characters, text, graphics, and software, is owned by MystarX and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

7. User Content

You retain ownership of the information you submit (such as birth data and chat messages). By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide the service. We do not use your private chat content for advertising.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that its content will meet your expectations.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MystarX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) shall survive.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the App. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of the jurisdiction where MystarX is established, unless mandatory consumer protection law provides otherwise.
